After my husband died in a tragic car accident, I realized that I was hurting from the inside-out. I was having trouble managing my daily activities, and it just seemed like the world was against me. I didn't know what to do or how to cope with my problems, so I started thinking about going to a therapist. After I started therapy, my counselor taught me a large variety of self help techniques that really helped. I was able to cope with my distress when I was away from home, which was really incredible.
